SMS & Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS communications from AvSales Talent, You agree to the following:
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which You received messages.
After sending STOP, You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless You opt in again.

Events, Coaching, and Program Participation

Participation in live or virtual events may be recorded. By attending, You consent to being recorded for educational or promotional purposes.
Disruptive, unethical, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from an event or program without refund.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All sales are final.
Digital products, training programs, coaching services, and event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Event tickets may be transferable at the Company’s discretion with written approval.
If the Company cancels an event, Your remedy is limited to a refund of the amount paid for that event, excluding travel or lodging costs.
Refund exceptions, if any, must be explicitly stated on the specific offer or checkout page.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activity under Your account.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of access.
Intellectual Property
